The beginning of the year reunited the SBT project team members of Yellow Shirts, Giosef and IREA in Baia Mare, on 24th and 25th February 2023. The main topics we discussed were management issues as we are getting closer and closer to the end line, as well as other activities we have to implement, further communication and dissemination steps.
The first day was dedicated to management issues such as checking the time-sheets for the intellectual outputs, verifying reports and evolution of past activities since October, checking monitoring indicators and evaluating Diletta's mobility (online communication and project management 6-months mobility), which ended since the last meeting.
For the second day we touched aspects connected to the communication via the website and our social network profiles, as well as about further promotion of the courses. We evaluated the subscriptions so far and decided on several strategies to further promote them and get learners.
The guide for the beginner NGOs connected to project management is under development and soon to be finalised and so we discussed as well how to touch this aspect in further of our promotion actions.
Nonetheless, we discussed about the multiplying events we have done so far, as well as decided for the final conference when to happen in Timisoara, together with our 5th and last project meeting. Last but not least, we discussed more about the local activities that we are to do with the communities and the more specific materials (articles, interviews, videos, etc) that are to support the learners in their courses.
Although we are getting quite fast to the end of the project, we are still working on it and prepare further actions even after the project will finish!
