Parklife is an annual independent music festival, held in Heaton Park (Manchester). The first edition was in 2010 with a different name and different location: The Mad Ferret Festival in Platt Fields Park, but 3 years after the change of venue was needed due to the increase of people attending the festival. The two days festival is set to accommodate 82.500 people per day.
Since the beginning, the list of artists has been growing and getting more and more diverse, with a mix of genres of music. In 2019, the DJ Magazine awarded the Parklife festival with the 29th position in the Top 50 World’s Best Festivals.
In 2022, the festival is set to happen between June 11th and 12th and the line-up is already available with numerous quality artists.
