There was a time when all the internet was talking about Malek’s Freddie Mercury performance. Although that time has passed, the experience of watching Bohemian Rhapsody still remains intact. Based on worldwide famous singer Freddie Mercury’s life and Queen’s road to success and obstacles, it is worth to say not %100 of the movie correlates with the truth. But apart from that, Bohemian Rhapsody presents us amazing music, a slice of life adventure, personal perspective of history and good records of real life performances.
Freddy Mercury with his unique style and personality was rocking his time and Malek’s enactment of him, gave the actress quite a spotlight or maybe quite the “championship”.
As mentioned in the movie, Bohemian Rhapsody, fairly earning the title, has a one of a kind composition: different vocals, amazing guitar solo, mixture of music styles and bizarre but intriguing lyrics. Of course, legendary 1985 Live Aid concert’s reenactment included in the movie giving the focus on Bohemian Rhapsody which again at one point viewers on the edge believing Malek is uniting with Mercury. Now on this day, Queen’s 1985 summer performance is on the lists of greatest live performances of all time. It is definitely a must watch for music lovers, even if you do not like Queen or Freddy Mercury.
